The Coordinated Multi-Domain Approach to Injury Management/Recovery Planning – Online Workshop, delivered by appropriately skilled and qualified facilitators, will provide you with the opportunity to contextualise, clarify concepts and address questions.

You will have the opportunity to apply coordinated multi-domain approach concepts to practical scenarios, collaborate with peers in real-time to solve challenges and receive personalised feedback and guidance.

Person-Centred Case Management – Online Workshop

The Person-Centred Case Management – Online Workshop aims to facilitate the building and uplifting of case manager capability by delivering a Person-Centred Case Management (PCCM) approach, to improve early intervention outcomes in the NSW Workers Compensation and Motor Accident Schemes.

The program is designed to equip case managers with an understanding of how different factors influence a person with an injury’s recovery and ability to recovery through work/activity (RTW/A).

You’ll explore a PCCM approach where the person with an injury leads their care and is seen as an individual with unique strengths and experiences. The program will look into the evidence supporting PCCM and the importance of putting the person with an injury first.
