Description
This is an assessment for the Person-Centred Case Management training program.
The Person-Centred Case Management training program aims to develop the skills and knowledge required to plan and implement Injury Management Plans(IMP)/Recovery Plans including Recovery Through Work/Activity (RTW/A) strategies for recipients of personal injury benefits (a person with an injury).
It includes applying specific knowledge of rehabilitation processes, injury management models and legislation, along with strong case management, analytical and person-centred service skills.
It applies to those who work in the personal injury management sector, who coordinate multiple tasks and make judgements regarding recommended actions and case management across a broad spectrum of claims.

Objectives
There are two assessment tasks for this training program. The assessment tasks have been designed to assess your knowledge and skills to:
- facilitate recovery and return to life for a person with an injury
- follow organisational policies, protocols and procedures.
The Person-Centred Case Management training program includes the following unit of competency:
- FNSPIM411 Plan and implement rehabilitation and return to life strategies.
